Solar cosmic ray propagation in the interplanetary space is studied on the basis of the kinetic equation. A calculation of cosmic ray energetic spectra is performed for the proton events of 15 June 1991 and 29 September 1989. It is shown that during a solar proton event the spectral index of energetic particles increases approaching the value which is constant for a given energy magnitude.
