Some peculiarities of the use of CCD-matrices for photopolarimetric observations are discussed. We describe some algorithms for processing of CCD photopolarimetric observations of Jupiter and other bright extended objects. New values of the parameter of North-South asymmetry of Jupiter's polarization obtained from new observations (2006, 2007) are present. The new data are in good agreement with the previous observations.
