Сезонные изменения фактора активности полушарий на Юпитере восстановили периодичность

Аннотация: 

Сделан вывод, что в мощной магнитосфере Юпитера подсолнечная точка, изменяя за орбитальный период свое положение на угол примерно 26°, вызывает сезонные изменения физических характеристик атмосферы. Значительный эксцентриситет планетной орбиты приводит к тому, что приток энергии к атмосфере в северном полушарии на 21 % больший, потому что в близкий к летнему солнцестоянию для северного полушария момент планета находится в перигелии. Это вызывает асимметрию меридионального распределения отражательных свойств видимого облачного слоя. Анализ наблюдательных данных за 1960—2019 гг. обнаружил, что отношение AJ = BN/BS хорошо описывает изменения атмосферных процессов на Юпитере, показывая квазипериодические вариации отражательных характеристик северных и южных умеренных и тропических регионов за период обращения планеты вокруг Солнца на протяжении 11.87 лет. Изменение интегрального блеска Юпитера в визуальной полосе V указывает на более выраженное влияние 22.1-летнего хейловского магнитного цикла солнечной активности. Результаты наблюдений в видимом свете в 1960—1995 и 2012—2019 гг. показали синхронное запаздывание на несколько лет как реакцию на изменение облучения разных полушарий на 21 % при движении планеты по орбите. В 1995—2012 гг. наблюдалось рассогласование хода зависимости AJ, индекса активности Солнца Sn и режима облучения Юпитера Солнцем из-за его орбитального движения. После 2012 г. ход временной зависимости этих трех параметров снова стал согласованным, восстанавливая периодичность изменений фотометрических характеристик северного и южного полушарий Юпитера.
